PRIMARILY PRESENT WITH PTOSIS AND DIPLOPIA

DYSPHONIA, DYSPHAGIA(REGURGE), FACIAL WEAKNESS (LOSS OF EXPRESSION), JAW WEAKNESS

Dx: TENSILON (EDROPHONIUM) TEST (ANTICHOLINESTERASE)–GET STRONGER

Rx: THYMECTOMY (HELPS EVEN IN PTS WITHOUT THYMOMA)

LONG TERM ANTICHOLINESTERASES/ PLASMAPHORESIS ?STEROIDS
