OVERLYING EPITHELIUM MAY SHOW PSEUDOEPITHELIOMATOUS HYPERPLASIA–APPEARS THAT EPITHELIUM MAY BE THE SOURCE BUT IT IS SECONDARILY AFFECTED—–CAN BE MISTAKEN FOR SCCA—SYPHILIS, BLASTO, TB, PACHYDERMA LARYNGIS, RT CHANGES, PAPILLARY KERATOSIS
