1% Hydrocortisone or Dexamethasone

0.01% Synalar Solution or Methylprednisolone solution

Antibiotics:

2 G tetracycline Elixir

Antifungals:

6 Million Units Nystatin Elixir

Vitamins and Minerals:

B vitamins

L-Lysine

Antacids:

60cc Mylanta

Kaopectate

Topical Barriers:
