The Sinus and Allergy Center is a Division of Midwest Ear, Nose, and Throat. It was created in 2004 to complete our practice as the most comprehensive nasal, sinus, and allergy care center possible. It is truly rewarding to be able to offer every necessary test and every possible treatment from one site. For any sinus, nasal, or allergic complaint a visit to the Sinus and Allergy Center can be the "Final Consult".

Our Physicians continue to manage and coordinate the individual allergy care of their patients. Allergy training is a core component of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery. All of our Physicians University Trained Medical Doctors, Board Certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology. We have the highest level of training in sinus surgery possible. All are active with the American Academy of Otolaryngologic Allergy (AAOA). Dr. Todd has had 5 years of residency training which directly involved the management of over 2,500 immunotherapy patients. He then achieved Fellowship status with the AAOA. We have safely and effectively treated thousands of Sinus and Allergy patients since our inception in early 2004. We are proud of our credentials and qualifications, and you can feel confident that you are getting the very best care possible.

Our Allergy Staff consists of three Registered Nurses and a team or highly experienced Medical Assistants. Aimee Vanderwiede, RN, who was key in building the Center, is the Director of Allergy. Each employee is very carefully selected and is dedicated soley to Allergy. They have all undergone rigorous training and keep current with a tremendous amount of conutinuing medical education to provide the best allergy care possible.

The main advantage we have at the Sinus and Allergy Center is that we can treat the allergic tissues with Medicines, Immunotherapy, or Surgery. Practicing Surgery on the Ear, Nose, Sinuses, and Throat makes better at Allergy. Practicing Allergy makes us better Ear, Nose, and Throat Surgeons.
